Procedure

Phase A–In main vessel, add phase A ingredients in formula order with propeller mixing at 300-400 rpm and heat to 140°F to 149°F (60°C to 65°C). Adjust the pH using NaOH 40% aq. solution to pH 6.5 to 7. 5. Phase B–In a separate vessel, combine phase B ingredients in formula order under propeller mixing and heat to 140°F to 149°F (60°C to 65°C). Once at desired temperature and completely uniform, add phase B to phase A with continuous mixing. Phase C–Once phase AB is below 104°F (40°C), add phase C to phase AB in formula order and mix until fully uniform. Once complete, transfer to holding vessel.
